- Office & Events Coordinator – The Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce is seeking two highly organized, service-oriented Office & Events Coordinators to support the daily operations. These individuals are responsible for delivering administrative, membership, and event support while helping execute the Chamber’s statewide initiatives. These positions serve as the primary point of contact for members, partners, sponsors, vendors, and guests and ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism and excellence of the organization.
Working collaboratively, the two coordinators will share responsibility for office operations, member engagement, executive support, event execution, and program administration. Responsibilities and lead assignments may shift throughout the year based on organizational priorities.
