The Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce (MBCC) is committed to encouraging entrepreneurship by supporting and investing in Black business owners. Our commitment has led us to create the 10,000 Black Business program (10K BBP) as a transformative business accelerator designed to empower and support Black-owned small businesses in Minnesota. MBCC is committed to providing a supportive and intentional experience in the areas of business development, entrepreneur training, technical assistance, and networking opportunities.

Each business that applies for the program will be reviewed by a grant selection committee consisting of MBCC staff and MBCC board members. This committee will ensure applications meet eligibility criteria and pass the business verification review (grow and scale cohorts). General eligibility criteria include:
